This Returns Policy outlines how returns are handled for purchases made through layalioud.co.uk.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we operate a strict but fair returns policy in line with UK consumer regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item:

  • Is unopened and unused

  • Is in its original packaging, including seals

  • Is returned within 14 days of delivery

Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returning Your Item

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to return your item

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@layalioud.co.uk, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If the return meets the eligibility criteria:

  • A refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy

If the item does not meet the criteria:

  • The return may be rejected

  • The item may be returned to you at your expense
