Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
An item is returned in line with our Returns Policy
An item arrives damaged or faulty
An incorrect item is received
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot offer refunds on opened or used items, unless the product is faulty.
Cooling-Off Period
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a refund during this period:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
Once returned and inspected, we will process your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@layalioud.co.uk, including:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
Opened or used fragrance products
Items returned without prior notification
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
